Dock

The opening hours of the municipal dock are :

From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Friday to Sunday started May 12, 2018.

From 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day started June 15, 2018.

From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day started August 12, 2018.

A boat sticker is mandatory and the cost is 20 $ for Lac-Simon citizens. You may obtain it from the municipality under a few conditions.

The dock is open to the general public and there is a fee for users who are not residents of the Municipality of Lac-Simon.


Permitfor the casual user

Following are the fees for the casual user:

  1. Fifty dollars ($ 50) for 48 hours
  2. One hundred and twenty dollars ($120) for a week permit (7 days)

Sticker for casual users from Chénéville, Ripon, Montpellier and Duhamel and for seasonalresidents of campgrounds on the territory of Lac-Simon.

To be eligible for this sticker, a user must comply with general conditions and with the following:

  1. Own a property in the municipality of Chénéville, Ripon, Montpellier or Duhamel; produce proof to that effect; and produce the license for the vessel, or
  2. Live in be a permanent resident of the municipality of Chénéville, Ripon, Montpellier or Duhamel; produce proof to that effect; and produce the license for the vessel, or
  3. Be a seasonal resident at a campground in the municipality of Chénéville, Ripon, Montpellier or Duhamel; produce proof to that effect; and produce the license for the vessel;
  4. Pay the one hundred and twenty dollars ($120) sticker fee.

The sticker is valid until December 31st of the year it is issued.
